- Health and fitness data: workout logs, nutrition logs, body measurements, and daily check-ins that you voluntarily enter.
- Usage data: how you interact with the App, including features used and session duration.

- To provide personalized fitness coaching and insights.
- To send notifications you have opted into (workout reminders, progress updates).
- To improve the App and develop new features.
- To respond to support requests.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate the App, including:
- Google (Gemini AI): Your messages and fitness data are processed by Google's AI models to generate personalized coaching responses. Google processes this data according to their API terms.
- Twilio: SMS messaging delivery.
- Render & Vercel: Application hosting.
SMS Communications
If you opt in to SMS coaching, you will receive messages related to fitness coaching, workout reminders, check-ins, and progress updates. Message frequency varies based on your usage (up to 14 messages per week for active users). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
Your Rights
- You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting contact@skulpt.dev.
- You can opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP or disabling them in the App settings.
- You can request a copy of your data by contacting contact@skulpt.dev.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
