These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Forra application ("the App") operated by Skulpt LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Forra is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that provides personalized workout tracking, nutrition logging, and coaching insights. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

If you opt in to SMS coaching during onboarding or in your account settings, you consent to receive text messages from Forra related to fitness coaching, workout reminders, and check-ins. By providing your phone number and selecting SMS coaching, you expressly agree to receive these messages.
Forra provides AI-generated fitness and nutrition guidance for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have existing health conditions or injuries. We are not liable for any injury or health issue resulting from following guidance provided by the App.
Your privacy matters to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App.
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Skulpt LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skulpt LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
